Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Usually orders are shipped the next business day. You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  You may edit the items in your shopping cart at any time prior to payment.  Once payment is made, the order can not be edited. Please contact us by telephone or e-mail if you would like to add items to your order.  If it has not yet shipped, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
How do I track my order?
 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 day. If for any reason the products you ordered will be delayed, we will notify you by e-mail. When you order ships, you will be notified by e-mail, which will include a shipment tracking code.

For delivery in Canada, expect delivery within 3 – 7 days. We ship FedEx Ground with tracking and guaranteed delivery dates.

For rural route addresses or post office boxes in Canada, and for all shipments to Newfoundland, we ship Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking. Expect delivery within Canada in 3 – 9 business days depending upon destination.

For delivery in the U.S.A. and international orders, expect delivery within 8 – 10 days. We ship FedEx Ground with tracking. Onespot Allergy is not responsible if packages are delayed in customs or by the post office.

For rural route addresses or post office boxes in the U.S.A., and for all shipments to Hawaii, we ship Canada Post Expedited parcel with tracking. Expect delivery within the U.S.A. in 6 – 10 business days dependent upon destination. Onespot Allergy is not responsible if packages are delayed in customs or by the post office.

My order never arrived.
  When you order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail, and that message will include a shipment tracking code.  Click on that link to see if your order is still on its way to you.  If the status "delivered" is shown, please contact us by telephone or e-mail for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
  If part of your order is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. The in-stock items will be shipped to you immediately, and the remaining items will be shipped to you within 2 to 6 weeks at no additional cost.
