Free shipping for orders over $150.00.
The flat rate shipping fee for orders $31.00 to $99.00 is $14.95 (Canada and U.S.A.).
The flate rate shipping fee for orders $1.00 to $30.00 is $9.95 (Canada and U.S.A.). For shipments to other countries, please contact us at info@onespotallergy.ca for a custom quote. There is no shipping fee, should you wish to pick up your purchase at our London, Ontario store at 289 Dufferin Avenue.You will be able to review these charges at checkout, prior to submitting your order.
We will ship your order within one day, and it should be received within seven days For orders cancelled prior to shipping, there is a 10% restocking fee. If a package is refused, sent back as “return to sender”, or the address provided by the customer is not complete, Onespot Allergy will recover the shipping cost prior to refunding. The customer will incur an additional shipping charge if the order is re-sent. |
