Free shipping for orders over $150.00.
The flat rate shipping fee for orders $31.00 to $149.00 is $14.95 (Canada and U.S.A.).
The flate rate shipping fee for orders $1.00 to $30.00 is $9.95 (Canada and U.S.A.). For shipments to other countries, please contact us at info@onespotallergy.ca for a custom quote. There is no shipping fee, should you wish to pick up your purchase at our London, Ontario store at 289 Dufferin Avenue.You will be able to review these charges at checkout, prior to submitting your order. |

| What is your return policy? | |
| You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. The product must be returned in its original package in perfect condition, along with the receipt. You pay the return shipping costs. When we receive your return, we will credit you the full purchase price of your merchandise. Shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable. Of course, if Onespot Allergy has made an error, we will refund your shipping costs as well. Used items are not returnable. No item is returnable beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. |

| All orders ship within one day, and should be received within seven days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail message with tracking information. | |
