Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. The product must be returned in its original package in perfect condition, along with the receipt. You pay the return shipping costs.

When we receive your return, we will credit you the full purchase price of your merchandise. Shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable. Of course, if Onespot Allergy has made an error, we will refund your shipping costs as well.

Used items are not returnable. No item is returnable beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
